Ready Answer Card: Through the Bible in a Year, Part 1
Read the whole Bible in a year, starting any day you choose. This Ready Answer card puts the Scriptures in your hand one day at a time, from creation on Day 1 to the divided kingdom on Day 181.
Peter told Christians to always be ready to give a defense to everyone who asks you a reason for the hope that is in you (1 Peter 3:15). Answers like that grow out of knowing the whole story, and a chronological reading lets you watch it unfold the way God revealed it. Job sits with the patriarchs, the Psalms fall beside the events of David's life, and Kings and Chronicles are read side by side. It's a 5 × 8 card, printed front and back, with a numbered reading for Days 1 through 181. There are no dates on it, so you can begin in January, the week after a baptism, or any Monday you like and still finish a year later. Card 14 carries the plan on through Day 365.
Each day lists chapters only. No verse is printed out, so the card works with whatever translation you read. Check off the box as you go, and keep the card in your Bible as a bookmark.

Format & Features
One 5 × 8 card, printed on both sides, with a numbered reading and a check-off box for Days 1 through 181. There are no dates, so the plan works for any year and any starting day. Together, Cards 13 and 14 take you through the whole Bible in about fifteen minutes a day.
