We work hard to keep our product pages accurate, but the "in-stock" status isn't always a guarantee. Limited warehouse space, supplier backorders, and simultaneous customer orders can occasionally leave us short on a title we thought was on the shelf. If the item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we'll place an order with our supplier right away and ship it to you as soon as it arrives.
A note about expedited shipping: Expedited shipping covers the time it takes us to get the package to you after it leaves our warehouse — it does not cover the time we wait to receive a backordered item from our supplier. If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing so we can confirm availability.
