About the Author:

Dr. Ric Keaster has spent a lifetime dedicated to teaching and serving both in the church and academia. Raised in the church by a Gospel-preaching father, he was baptized at the age of 13 and has spent much of his adult life teaching Bible classes, preaching, and writing religious literature. A former schoolteacher and administrator, Dr. Keaster earned his doctorate in Educational Leadership in 1989 and transitioned to higher education, where he served as a professor, department head, associate dean, and ultimately Professor Emeritus. His church memberships span several states, reflecting a lifelong commitment to the Lord’s work, and he remains active in teaching and preaching at the Rome Church of Christ in Proctorville, Ohio. An accomplished writer, Dr. Keaster has published several articles and two books: In Our Own Language – Personality Types and the Gospel Writers (Deward Publications) and Types in the Bible – Shadows of the True (Truth Publications). In addition to his ministry, Dr. Keaster enjoys golf, tennis, barbershop music, and cherishes time with his wife, Karan, daughter MacKenzie, and twin grandsons, Sebastian and Nicolas.
