To Train Up a Child: A Godly Mother’s Guide for Infants—Toddler Years By Nina Helterbrand
The first three years shape a child more than almost any others. A mother's daily acts of love are seeds with eternal impact.
To Train Up a Child: A Godly Mother's Guide for the Infant–Toddler Years by Nina Helterbrand blends biblical wisdom with practical guidance for raising little ones.
How This Book Helps
New mothers are flooded with advice, much of it contradictory, and little of it rooted in Scripture. It's easy to feel overwhelmed and to lose sight of motherhood as ministry.
Drawing on Scripture, her experience as a teacher, and her own years of parenting, Nina Helterbrand helps mothers build homes grounded in faith, gentleness, and grace. From Jochebed and baby Moses to daily feeding, bonding, and teaching, she shows how to cultivate patience and peace, balance nurture with structure, and prepare a child spiritually, emotionally, and socially.
