Leslie Ritchie

Leslie Ritchie discovered a passion for writing later in life.

She knew facts and events of the Bible but didn’t think the “good parts” applied to her … specifically, she was convinced that “God so loved the world” didn’t include her. Not knowing a time when she didn't feel and think that way and thinking that was normal, she never questioned the belief.  As she approached her 40's, she knew something wasn't right, but was too embarrassed to admit to anyone how she really felt; her false beliefs became deeper and stronger … affecting every facet of her life.  After years spent in personal Bible study and prayer, and time spent in counseling making sense of her experiences in light of God's story, she was finally able to acknowledge and embrace God's genuine love and delight in her.

Since that time, her mission is to help others know God’s love and care for them — especially young people … so they can avoid going through life feeling unloved by their God and Creator … because life is completely different when you know that God loves you, sees you, cares about you, and walks with you!

Leslie lives just outside Dallas, Texas with her husband, son, and fur baby.  She enjoys sewing, knitting, reading, exercising, Bible studies, and visiting with friends.
