Douglas Pell retired from industry in 2014, knowing he would probably undertake such a needed project. In addition to his career in finance in the US defense industry, he became an executive coach in his own company, Executive Consulting Services, practicing life, career & business coaching/consulting for the past 20+ years.

This manuscript is a result of his leadership roles in the church, in business, in his family, and as an independent coach for many people. His clients have included elders & preachers on a pro-bono basis. His secular clients have been in just about every industry imaginable and at every level (entry to executive, employee to entrepreneur to Fortune 100 C-Suite). He is 75 years old and wants this work published before he goes home.
