Living with Eternal Perspective
The world feels unsettled. Every week the headlines bring fresh reminders of violence, fear, and weariness. It can be overwhelming to watch the brokenness of humanity play out in real time. Yet this is why Spiritbuilding exists—to help Christians trust more deeply in Jesus, to strengthen faith when the world shakes, and to equip believers to live as faithful citizens of His kingdom.
The psalmist declares, “God is our refuge and strength, a helper who is always found in times of trouble. Therefore we will not be afraid, though the earth trembles and the mountains topple into the depths of the seas” (Psalm 46:1–2). No matter what collapses around us, God’s kingdom stands unshaken. Hebrews 12:28 reminds us, “Since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful.” And Paul points us forward in Colossians 3:1–4, calling us to set our minds on things above because our life is hidden with Christ in God.
When fear rises and despair looms, God calls us back to perspective. We belong to a kingdom that is eternal. Our citizenship is secure. Our hope is anchored in the promise that Christ will appear, and we will appear with Him in glory.
So let’s lift our eyes above the noise. Let’s speak the truth of God’s Word into a weary world. And let’s keep building people up, reminding one another that Christ reigns, His promises are sure, and His kingdom will never fall.
As we move into the fall, things are busy and exciting here at Spiritbuilding. Behind the scenes, we’re also deep in preparation for our 2026 Bible class material, ensuring that churches have strong, biblical-centered studies for the future.
Most of all, we want to pause and say thank you. Your support—through prayers, encouragement, and partnership—makes it possible for us to keep producing resources that build faith, strengthen churches, and equip Christians to live as faithful citizens of God’s kingdom. We don’t take that for granted, and we are deeply grateful to walk alongside you in this work.
