He has authored 21 books in historical, self-improvement, and Christian focused genres. He was chairman of the national board of community colleges and named CEO of the Year for 1200 community colleges by the Association of Community College Trustees. He is a professional speaker and mentor on leadership, sales, American history, and Biblical themes. He was also the founding Executive Director of the Museum of the Bible in Washington, DC.
