About the Author:

L. A. Stauffer was born December 29, 1936, in Griggsville, IL, a small farming community in west central Illinois He received his formal education at Florida (Christian) College (AA, 1958) and Webster University (B A, 1982). He has been preaching the gospel since 1957 and has worked with Kirkwood Church of Christ in Kirkwood, MO, since 1979. He served as editor of the religious journal, Biblical Insights, from 2001-2006.
